Torsion Springs
We produce Torsion springs with wire diameters of 0.20mm - 13.00mm. Helical Torsion spring works by twisting its end along its axis. When it is twisted by sideways forces (bending moments) applied to its ends, it exerts a torque in the opposite direction, proportional to the amount (angle) it is twisted. These springs are closely coiled and ends can be in different shapes as per requirements.
Although most of the torsion springs are coiled coterminously pitches can also be placed to reduce friction. These springs are used to apply a torque or store mechanical energy. They are produced in many different forms in order to provide ease in assembly and working conditions.
