We moved to a larger factory, acquired new machines and increased number of our employees. However, innovation is not necessarily coupled with all these but is considered more as a mind-set able to view changes as opportunities. So that we set our minds for being flexible and open to change by incorporating systematic innovations into our daily operations.

By analyzing the demands and priorities of our solution partners, we carry out the design verification and development processes of the desired products through following steps:

• Preliminary Analysis: First of all, we analyze feasibility of the request.
• Product development: In the light of the data obtained in the preliminary research we make all necessary improvements in the design of the product.
• Testing: Product performance is tested under laboratory conditions to identify errors and factors require improvement.
• Improvement: Seeing the results of the testing stage, necessary improvements are made to ensure that the errors are corrected and performance is increased.
• Measuring and Evaluation: At the final stage outcomes of Improvement stage is measured to confirm that the product will meet tolerance and performance requirements.
